My Mother is an incredible artist. She is a master in acrylic, oil and watercolor. I have been lucky enough to be her baby cub and have spent thousands of hours in museums, galleries and art studios my whole life. When the Detroit Institute of Art had a new exhibit, she would pull us out of school and take us downtown to stare up at masterpieces and history.
